2. Thou shall make kalat "noh", "diba" and "eh" in your pangungusap.

trying my hand at baking
for the course.
we had to cook a couple of meals per group, a bread and a dessert.
they told me that am good for culinary, but not really for baking!hahah!:))
i had "hot hands" that chocolate melts easily on my hands.
so when i got to ISCAHM...i enrolled myself to the culinary program, with that
knowledge at hand. i knew that pastry wasn't the thing for me since i hate measuring..
am not that meticulous. i like the "eye ball" system of culinary.."tansa tansa"!:D
but since we transferred here in makati, i've been so effin bored.
so aside from the meals i cook everyday, i've been trying my hand at baking cookies.
i posted a couple of pics of the stuff i've baked...and i must say..
am loving baking:) but am still not that "OC" about it..
semi "tansa" pa rin...but slowly getting the hang of weighing all the ingredients.
i've been pairing my cookies with milk, coffee or tea..
experementing on which will match etc...
so the next time i bake something (which is later), i'll try to post it.
(but my sister's cam is busted, so we'll see)
to my PASTRY FRIENDS - - Pahingi recipes!;)
love love!♥

my new life
i'll start working na.
alam ko i didn't really tell anybody, especially my batch mates sa iscahm.
at first i was embarrassed about it..but i realized na...
"why should i be? this is a friggin decent job and hard times call for these kinds of moments"
so, i want the whole world to know na starting tom..
you will often see me at STARBUCKS - CORINTHIAN HILLS.
yes, i am a BARISTA. i am DAMN proud of it.
coffee is one of my passions...if you've known me for a long time.
alam niyo na nagbarista ako before for Seattle's Best.
those were such good times for me na i know i will have fun in starbucks too.
my iscahm friends know that i love that branch din. i studied for my midterms
and finals there, brained stormed about competition there while eating sa santis and just
chilled there with my handy laptop.
it's been such hard times for us that i cannot just sit around and wait for a KITCHEN job to come around. i have to do something about it. ayaw ko na umaasa ako sa parents ko for
money. nakakahiya na maging palamunin e.
my parents didn't approve at first, but they realized that they need me also to start earning money to help out with the bills here at home.
my friends from way back, understood why i did this. of course maraming nanghinayang, ako rin naman e..pero eto muna. kailangan na makatulong e.
this is the first job that went my way..why not grab it diba?
so the next time you head over to corinthian hills...text me. i might be there.:)
i know deep in my heart that i will work in the kitchen in the future.
this is my pit stop in the grand prix of life!:)
